About Us
Eaglehead Outdoors was established in 2009 after several years of guiding beginning in 2004. During that time, I saw firsthand both what works — and what doesn't — when it comes to running an outfitting business. I knew I could offer something better: honest, hard-working, top-notch hunts where clients always come first. That vision is what led to the creation of Eaglehead Outdoors.
Years of Experience
Born and raised in Minnesota, hunting and fishing were instilled in me from an early age. Like many kids, I spent Saturday mornings watching hunting and fishing shows, dreaming of one day becoming a guide. That passion never faded — it became a lifelong pursuit.
Throughout my years of guiding, I've had the opportunity to hunt some of the best states and countries, I've also spent summers in Alaska deckhanding in both sport and commercial fisheries, as well as running transporter boats for spring bear hunts. Those experiences shaped my work ethic, respect for the outdoors, and commitment to doing things the right way.
People often ask if I ever get burned out guiding. The honest answer is no. The day I no longer care about birds finishing perfectly for my clients is the day I'll hang it up. Until then, I'll continue doing what I love — creating unforgettable hunts and memories in the field.
